Considering revision eye surgery after ptosis correction + incision + fat removal

I had double eyelid surgery 5 years ago, and as the title says, I had incisional ptosis correction and a lot of fat removal, so now I even have overlapping creases. For about a month after the surgery, I had side effects from the ptosis correction. But back then, I didn’t know they were side effects and just lived with it. A feeling like the thread was scratching my eyeball? Heart palpitations before sleeping, tightness in my throat, tension in my jaw that made me clench my molars tightly. These are the functional side effects I can think of for now. Thankfully, those side effects are gone now, but dry eyes and glare/halos still remain. The cosmetic side effects are that my eyes look wide-open/staring, I have mucosal eversion, the ptosis correction on one eye loosened so I have overlapping creases and look blank, and my upper eyelids are thick, so even though I’m young, they look like middle-aged double eyelids? Anyway, my eyes became not pretty at all. I’m trying to release the ptosis correction, and apparently there are two surgical methods. Completely releasing it, or re-correcting it... I’m torn between two famous places, but since the results can’t be predicted, I’m really struggling. Even when I look at surgery reviews, there aren’t eye photos, so I’m even more unsure. When I look at reviews with photos, many people had ptosis correction recession at hospitals in Seoul and lowered the line with the two-line fixation method. Maybe it’s because only successful reviews get posted, but they did turn out pretty well. Human desire is like that: I only wanted to release the ptosis correction, but then I also hope that if I get revision surgery, it’ll look better aesthetically than it does now. I had the surgery because I wanted to become prettier, but one choice completely changed my life, so it’s really hard. I want to go back to before the surgery, but I can’t... Anyway, I don’t have anyone around me to talk to about this (they either all had successful surgeries or never had surgery at all, so no one really knows much about plastic surgery), so I’m writing this.
