- At first, I had a bottle-based fat removal procedure at a numbered clinic, but I didn't feel much effect, so after thinking a lot, I looked into clinics with the idea of doing it completely as surgery. As I went around to several places, I heard a lot of conservative answers saying it couldn't be helped because my muscle shape was on the bulging side. Then at the clinic where I ended up having surgery, they answered very confidently that they could definitely trim it down, so I thought, this is the place, and chose it. But it's a clinic that comes up a lot on blacklists too (I found out after doing it...), so I can't recommend it. - I'm completely satisfied with the result. What I feel at the point of roughly 2 years later is that surgery is definitely the answer. Instead of suffering through procedures and wasting money, do surgery from the start But it's better to abandon the idea of wanting to become thin through liposuction. In any case, only the line changes; it's separate from looking skinny. Even after liposuction, you need to diet for it to look pretty. Still, I'm very satisfied that the line I had a complex about is gone. Even when I gain weight, the operated area definitely doesn't gain subcutaneous fat. But it does get thicker. It's probably fat that attaches between the muscles. It may just be my feeling, but when I gain weight, it seems like fat slightly concentrates in areas that weren't operated on. Still, in any case, I'm satisfied because the part I had a complex about is gone. Also, the skin on the operated area ripples very slightly. (To the point that only I know if I don't say anything.) When I pull my arm near the armpit very hard (like stretching), it shows a little more than on someone who hasn't had surgery. This is something I can accept, so it doesn't really bother me. I think it's impossible for the skin not to ripple at all, so I think it's better to decide on surgery while accepting this part.
