After surgery in 2019 with 4 mm silicone + ear cartilage for the nasal tip, I had a foreign-body sensation in my nose and it often turned red. For the revision surgery, 2 mm silicone + septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used for the nasal tip. I can see that the nasal bridge is lower than before, but it looks natural, so I think it’s okay. I didn’t have nasal packing or a splint. Even before the consultation, I heard a lot that the director was scary, but I think it can feel that way because he’s the type to clearly tell you what can’t be done. He listened to the direction I wanted and explained in detail what was possible and what wasn’t, and he seems like a decisive type. I want time to pass quickly so it settles soon! Oh, and this place tends to do natural-looking noses, so if you want a glamorous nose, it might not be a good fit lol
