It’s been about 3 years since I had surgery with natural adhesion + slanted canthoplasty + ptosis correction, and the line has definitely come down compared to the one I originally had, so it feels more natural than glamorous. My left eye’s inner corner starts a bit higher, so there is a slight asymmetry too, but it feels even more natural, so I’m just reasonably satisfied with it.
