I had double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, and lateral canthoplasty here exactly 11 years ago when I was 21. The epicanthoplasty and double eyelid surgery turned out well, but the lateral canthoplasty was a total disaster. The outer corner of my eye was left in a D shape, and back then the director said that because my eyes are set deep into the eye socket, even doing both the epicanthoplasty and lateral canthoplasty would not make my eyes bigger. And indeed they did not get much bigger, so although the D shape did not show too much, I was just disappointed. Then 3 years ago I had a lower canthoplasty at another hospital, and the D shape became very obvious. I regret the lateral canthoplasty I had here the most. It was the worst choice.
