Contour surgery + nose, one month post-op, receiving aftercare

I went to the hospital yesterday to check my progress and receive aftercare. I had been going to the hospital occasionally in between as well. Still, now that a lot of the swelling has gone down, I finally look a bit human. I can feel that my lower face, which used to look like a protruding jaw, has improved. After surgery, I haven't been able to eat properly, so I've lost a bit of weight. Thinking about it, it also makes me wonder how much I must have been eating all this time. I had said my nose looked slightly crooked, but that has been corrected well too. The hump was also cleaned up nicely, so it looks good from the side. Oh, I had surgery at DA Plastic Surgery. I received the aftercare provided by the hospital. The consultant also took good care of me, and it was nice. I was worried because I heard there were a lot of people, but I didn't wait long. The nose became comfortable after the stitches and splint were removed. For a few days after surgery, I couldn't sleep properly and it was hard. I think it may be because I did facial contouring and nose surgery together. For facial contouring, I had my chin tip and square jaw area done, but I wonder if it would have been worse if I had done my cheekbones too. Anyway, I still seem to have some residual swelling left. It will probably go down with a little more time. I'm doing light exercise because my body feels so stiff. After struggling for a few days, it's clear that both facial contouring and nose surgery are not easy surgeries. If you're thinking about surgery, research hospitals carefully, go to consultations properly, and then decide.
