I had a consultation at ㅅㅍㄹㅅ in Sinsa

During the consultation, they said that for the tentative reservation deposit, if I just said “I won’t do it~” at any time, they would refund it right away, but when I actually said I wouldn’t do it, they asked why not and then went completely silent lol The consultation itself was sincere and thorough, so it was okay (though of course there were things about the exact judgment and surgical techniques that I subjectively couldn’t accept), but then they should have just charged a consultation fee. Other clinics canceled it right away after a phone call, but here, when I spoke with the consultant, they said something about it being the weekend, and when I called again, they only said they had passed it on to the manager. When I asked if I should talk to the manager then, they just kept repeating, “I. have. passed. it. on.”^^ The tentative reservation deposit is 50,000 won, not a huge amount, so as long as I receive it, I don’t mind getting it next week, but this is a place where the way they handle work leaves a bad feeling
