Before/after after Pre-surgery breast size: 75B My breasts were small compared with my body type, so I thought I would eventually need breast surgery, and I really debated a lot between implants and fat grafting. In the end, I chose fat grafting because it seemed more natural and less risky. Since I have a bit more volume in my lower body, I think I chose this procedure partly to refine my lower-body line too. I searched a lot for clinic information, and I chose Glovi because I heard it was famous for breast fat grafting. I had surgery with Director Kim Jae-in. From the consultation, he didn’t say anything unnecessary and explained only the essentials concisely without exaggeration, so I think that made me trust him more. After surgery, the areas where I had thigh liposuction actually hurt more than my breasts, and from days 1 to 5 after surgery my legs were very swollen, so putting on and taking off the compression garment was really hard. But from around day 6, I could feel the swelling starting to go down quickly, beginning with the inner thighs. My breasts are still quite swollen now since it has only been a week, but even taking that into account, my B-cup bra is overflowing and a C cup fits just right. I took the photos wearing the exact same underwear as before surgery on purpose, but I can’t wear that bra now because it presses down on the upper part of my breasts.
