My town is really rural, and I didn’t have any friends nearby who had breast surgery, so I got hospital recommendations from apps and Facebook groups, visited 5 places for consultations, and had surgery at a clinic near Sinnonhyeon Station.
The reason I had surgery at that clinic was that other hospitals only pushed one implant brand because of my pigeon chest, but this clinic said I didn’t necessarily need that implant brand and that another implant option would be possible. The director’s consultation alone lasted almost 30 minutes, so I felt they were really serious about breast surgery (of course, I didn’t understand everything they said during those 30 minutes).
My ribcage was 70, cup size -AAAAAAA cup, so I had no breast tissue at all. I asked them to make them large as long as they looked natural, and they said that because my skin was tight, creating room could be difficult, but they would make them as large as possible within the feasible range. So I decided on 375 cc / 400 cc implants through a transaxillary incision. At first they looked like rockets, so I regretted having surgery, but from the 1-month mark they started getting better, and now I’m at 2 months and I’m satisfied with both the feel and the shape!
The transaxillary scar is still faintly there, but it’s hard to go from Gunsan to Seoul for treatment, so I’m getting Fraxel near Gunsan, and it’s gradually fading. I’m uploading this too, so please use it as reference.
