It’s already been 1 year, so I’m quickly writing a review! I used donated costal cartilage, so I was very worried about inflammation or side effects, but up to now I’ve been living well with no issues haha. After surgery, I think I really went to the clinic once every two days! Each time I went, I got antibiotics and saw the director too haha. They took really good care of the aftercare, so I think it has settled well now without any problems~ It was revision surgery, and I had wanted no implant, but after a long consultation with the director, we decided to place a thin layer on the nasal bridge and raise the nasal tip as much as possible! My tissue does not stretch well, and even when it does stretch, it has a strong tendency to contract again, so they said that even if the nasal tip was raised as much as possible, it would come down little by little over time They said they would raise it as much as they could. As for the bridge, at first I didn’t want to use silicone.. so the director said they thought a lot about it too But after removing the existing silicone, there was also a hump, and if the tip was raised, it seemed like there would be a step-off with the bridge, so they placed a very thin silicone implant! Looking at my nose line now, it’s just pretty, so I’m satisfied! The previous silicone on my nasal bridge was too high and it gave a strong masculine impression, but now my nose seems much shorter, and the bridge is not too high, so it looks much more feminine! I really don’t want to have another revision now hahaha, so I hope it stays like this.. and I hope this helps those who are considering revision surgery!
