5 years ago, I had my nose done at a big hospital that everyone knows just by name, using ear cartilage and septal cartilage, but at some point my nose became slightly shorter, so it turned into my small and precious little nose I decided on D-Day Plastic Surgery, and even though there was no consultation fee, they consulted with me the longest out of all the places I visited. The director’s consultation was really impressive, and it was very realistic. He said my skin had very poor elasticity, so it wouldn’t stretch. I thought it was contracture as a rhinoplasty complication, but the director said it wasn’t contracture and that it was because of my skin. So he said that if the nose is raised higher, it would become even shorter, and suggested making the nose look a little longer, but he also said it could become lower. He said that if we force the nose to be higher, because my skin elasticity is poor, complications could happen again and I might need another revision rhinoplasty... So I couldn’t decide right away, really thought about it a lot, and when I got consultations at other hospitals, they said we should raise the nose and just pull the skin to its maximum limit, but that actually made me even more scared When I read reviews from people who had revision rhinoplasty 2-3 times, I saw a lot of posts saying that in the end they just wanted to go back to their original nose... So after really thinking about it a lot, I decided that doing it safely was more important, and in the end I chose D-Day Plastic Surgery. My surgery is this week. It’ll go well, right? Honestly, I’m still really worried right now.
