Right up until just before surgery, I asked the director to make it look natural, and seeing how people around me don’t notice, I think it did turn out natural.. I haven’t really had any inflammation so far, but when I compare photos from right after my surgery 10 years ago with now, I can see that my nose has lifted a bit ㅠ
After surgery, my nasal bridge did gain some height, but my nose was originally so low that overall it’s still a short nose + low nose, and because it’s slightly upturned, it looks like an upturned nose. My left nostril wing is pinched, so both the nose shape and nostrils are asymmetrical….
Revision surgery is scary, but every time I look in the mirror, it feels like all I can see are my nostrils, so I decided to go for it. I heard that these days a naturally glamorous look is trendy, but my hope is to have revision surgery that harmonizes with my face and doesn’t drastically change my image.
