About 4 years ago, I had surgery for rhinitis and a hooked nose? cosmetic surgery at a university hospital, but now my nose is way too big, so I want to make it smaller. Do I have to go back to the doctor who operated on me? If I have revision surgery, do I have to redo the rhinitis surgery too? Before I had rhinitis surgery, it was to the point where daily life was impossible for me....

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
