1. ㅈㅅㅇ This place didn’t have reviews?ㅜㅜ The consultants at other clinics didn’t know it either, but I found it on Yeowooya and went. Could it be a broker..? They seem to do a lot of eyes here, but please give me info from people who did noses! - First, the consultation atmosphere was the most comfortable and good. The consultant also didn’t have that typical plastic-surgery-clinic consultant vibe, and asked detailed questions about what I was curious about. - They did the consultation without taking a CT or photos.? So they only said that since my nose is small, my septal cartilage is probably small too. - Use of septal cartilage and an implant, estimate came out to 3.3 million won. They said only medication costs would be added later. - When I asked about aftercare, they said if the surgery goes well, swelling injections aren’t needed in the first place, and there is no swelling care provided by the clinic. - They said surgery time can take up to 2 and a half hours. That is a long surgery time, right..? - The director prefers a natural-looking nose, and I also want a natural nose, so they said we would be a good fit. - But I don’t think they roughly drew the nose shape that would be made after surgery or talked in detail about the shape. - I had gone without much knowledge, so I think I listened to a lot of explanations. - They also summarized the consultation details and sent them again by KakaoTalk at the end. - They recommended that I go to consultations at other clinics too and listen to what they say.
2. ㅅㅇㅇㅇ (ㅊㅇㄱ) I just went here in a hurry because it was visible, so I went without prior information. - They took both CT and photos, and the consultant first gave me an estimate. - With the consultant, we only had very formulaic talk. - The director recommended? suggested? a lot of things: double eyelid surgery, canthoplasty, fat grafting, etc.. - They didn’t talk much about the nose shape for surgery, and analyzed my nose while looking at the CT. (Hump nose, deviated nose, bulbous nose, I think they mentioned every nose-related thing..? Other clinics said my nose shape is okay even now, but this place analyzed it especially intensely, so it made me wonder if my nose had that many problems.) - They recommended septal cartilage, ear cartilage (said they might not use it), and an implant, three things, and for the implant they recommended 3-4 mm. - Surgery time was 1 and a half hours, much faster than the previous clinic. - They said it would come out close to 4 million won without insurance, and in the mid-2 million won range if I had insurance and wrote a review. - Swelling injection O (They said I don’t have to visit from 2 weeks after surgery?) - I went here thoughtlessly because I wanted to hear another opinion, and I didn’t feel even 1% like I should get surgery here..
3. ㅎㅌ (ㅂㅈㅇ) I also went here without a reservation, so I had a consultation blindly without knowing any information. I looked it up later, and apparently the representative director here is really famous for noses..? Maybe because he was busy, I ended up consulting with Director ㅂㅈㅇ. - First, maybe because the student discount applied here, it was a bit cheaper at 2.6 million won. - The consultant said my septum is deviated, so I might have to use donated rib cartilage, but the director said it can be done with septal cartilage. - Here, rather than finding and analyzing the harmony of my face, it felt like they were very focused on just creating the nose shape I wanted? - Maybe because of that, they set the nose shape in great detail and compared celebrity photos, but rather than saying “for your nose, doing this and this would be good,” they depended on what I said, figured out my needs, and drew the nose shape I wanted. - They said that during surgery too, they proceed while looking at and comparing the photo of the nose shape I want. - They emphasized that they replicate my nose shape with 3D printing and directly place silicone against it before deciding, and that seems really good. - They said surgery time would be 2 hours. - It seemed like they do aftercare well. They do swelling laser and scar laser every time I go, and if needed, even a swelling injection. - It was a little disappointing that unless I asked the consultant questions, they didn’t say much. - If you look at the reviews here, the shapes are all pretty.. but I’m not sure about naturalness..? After the consultation, I did lean toward this place a bit, but if I emphasize naturalness more, they’ll do it that way, right?
All three had no consultation fee and no pressure for a deposit. For primary surgery, all of them recommended septal cartilage, and if there was anything disappointing, it was that there was no talk about side effects..? I should have asked,,
