I started considering facial contouring surgery to improve my strong-looking and older-looking image.
I spent nearly 2 years researching materials, building up related knowledge, and had consultations at quite a few clinics, but most of them recommended alternative surgeries such as eyes, nose, or anterior cheek implant procedures rather than facial contouring, so they did not match my needs. Through a consultation with Director Kwon Jae-hyun at the clinic, I confirmed the possibility, and I became confident because of the director’s expertise and delicacy.
It has now been 1 year since I had the 3-part surgery. After surgery, I didn’t see any noticeable swelling, so I just thought I didn’t have swelling, but now that a year has passed, I realize there must have been quite a lot of swelling without me really noticing. In short, during the year, the swelling did not cause any inconvenience in daily life, I did not even know whether I had swelling, and the swelling continued to go down steadily up to 1 year afterward.
After surgery, my concerns about looking strong or older because of my facial contours disappeared. Rather, I now feel confident no matter what angle I take photos from, so one downside is that I have become too negligent about skincare because of that.
There seem to be quite a lot of people who have facial contouring surgery two or three times, so I am very relieved that I got a satisfying result in one go. I’m sure everyone looks into things carefully, but I recommend checking several places and also having a consultation at this clinic before making your decision.
It is major surgery, and it is the face you will use for the rest of your life, so it is not easy to find a doctor who understands your needs well and can consider expertise such as experience and knowledge in the related surgery, as well as aesthetic sense. Anyway, I hope everyone’s surgery is successful.
