Cheekbone Surgery Reviews@cheekbone-review

With CT) Review of 3 Facial Contouring Procedures, Revision Medial Canthoplasty, and Lateral/Lower Canthoplasty

Before-before-after-after-after-after Director Hwang Yong Seok at Batang Plastic Surgery Revision medial canthoplasty, lateral/lower canthoplasty, cheekbone reduction (triple fixation), square jaw, chin tip (length reduction), cortical osteotomy

When I was young, my facial features were fine and I grew up hearing that I was pretty in my own way, but at some point, as I went through puberty, my facial bones suddenly developed. Maybe because I liked hard foods, my jawbone gradually became square and started growing.. On top of that, my face was thin, so my cheekbones looked prominent. After worrying about it, I thought if I filled my face with fat grafting, maybe the prominent bones would look better, so I went to a hospital, but......... the doctor bluntly said my face would look even biggerㅠㅠ Sigh.. I thought it would be better to reduce the facial bones instead, so I decided on facial contouring surgery. I went to consultations at several hospitals, and the most honest one was BT.

The reasons I decided here!! I considered everything, including the director’s experience, aftercare, communication with the consultant, surgical photos, reviews, etc., and the price was also relatively reasonable compared to other places! Especially, I guess I liked Dr. Hwang’s meticulousness in a subtle way.. He analyzed each bone area one by one, rotated the skull, then tilted it toward the cheekbone area and showed me.. The analysis was no joke ㅠㅠ Since facial contouring is a major surgery, I really dislike consultations that are done roughly, and in that regard I was quite satisfied.

Anyway, after surgery I only ate soy milk, porridge, thin rice gruel, and ice cream, and by the time I had lost almost 5 kg, I started eating regular meals and gained weight again.. For regular meals, I ate everything except tough foods, and since the director said he had fixed my cheekbones well, from week 3 I really ate comfortably. And for the revision medial canthoplasty, I heard this place is good at restoration? surgery.. Maybe because of that, the scar really doesn’t show. There is no white nail-scratch-like scar. I thought if it scarred, I could just remove it with laser, but it healed so cleanly, and my cheekbones and long face shape also decreased a lot. My old face had a strong mature feel, but now I look a bit younger, so reactions around me are good too haha As expected, when the face shape is pretty, the features come alive and the overall vibe changes a lot too... When I thought about side effects, I was so scared, but sensation is gradually coming back too, so in the end I think I did well getting the surgery! Oh, and especially if you do home care with a massager at home, the swelling really goes down quickly.. I had to return to work quickly, so at home I rubbed my jaw area a lot and used packs, and I think I saw a lot of benefit from that.

+I’m attaching the CT I took when I went to the hospital for my 1-month follow-up! Since the cheekbones were triple-fixed, 3 pins were used: 2 at 45 degrees and 1 on the side cheekbone, and for the chin tip, because I had T-osteotomy and reduction, pins are likewise in there... Looking at it is a bit unsettling lol but I still don’t feel like removing them.... lol I’m so happy the bone was cut cleanly! I hope it fuses perfectly ㅠ
