I have 7 mm silicone in the bridge of my nose, septal cartilage and ear cartilage in the nasal tip, and I also had alar reduction and osteotomy. It’s been a little over a year since the surgery. My nasal skin is on the thin side, so the nasal tip cartilage shows through, and the bridge also looks slightly crooked from the front. I want to remove the 7 mm bridge implant, redo the nasal tip to match that, do osteotomy around the nasal bridge/glabella area, and also do alar reduction again if possible after checking the condition. If I remove it, of course my bridge will get lower, but if I do it even the way I described, could it still maybe turn out not bad? I’m a man, and my current line also has a semi-ski-slope feel, which makes my face look a bit feminine. Could it turn out well...?
