I went for a consultation about nose implant removal and I’m in serious troubleㅜㅜ please help

My last surgery was 6 years ago A few days ago, I went for a consultation at one clinic that’s known to be good at contracture, removal, and reconstruction Today I went to another clinic, and I cried at the second hospital I visited Even now I keep tearing up and my hands are shakingㅜㅜ At the first hospital, they said there didn’t seem to be inflammation, but contracture was in progress Right now I have silicone on the nasal bridge and autologous rib cartilage at the nasal tip They said they would remove everything, open up the nose, and although the autologous rib cartilage at the tip may not look good, if its condition is okay they would reuse it, and if not, use donated rib cartilage They said my nasal skin is thin, so they would use dermis from the buttock But the consultation itself was kind of vague, and I didn’t want to use donated rib cartilage Because before, I had donated rib cartilage and switched it to autologous rib cartilageㅜㅜ The cost was over 10 million won, and the doctor didn’t really seem like he wanted to do it either So I paid the consultation fee and CT fee and left And today!! At the second hospital I went to, they told me pus is coming out from the side where the silicone isㅜㅜ They also said there’s a perforation. I found out both of these things only todayㅜㅜ The moment I heard that, tears came out without me realizing.. They said to leave the autologous rib cartilage at the tip alone, and for now removing the silicone comes first And about the perforation, they talked like we should leave it and watch it for now What do I do?ㅜㅜ They said if the silicone is removed, my nose will become even more upturned. They said there’s no choice They said they can’t touch itㅜ On the way home, I really wanted to die But then I thought first of my dog who’s alone at homeㅜㅜ What should I do?ㅜㅜ Please help me, please ㅜㅜ
