Anyone could see I had a severe bulbous nose, and after rhinoplasty it did become more defined than before, but it’s still a fat-looking nose, so I’m planning revision surgeryㅜㅜ I heard that for revision surgery, especially for a bulbous nose, it’s important to find the surgical method that suits you well. How are ㅇㅂㅅ, ㅋㅇ, ㄹㅅㅌ, and ㅇㅇ?? Of course I don’t like overtreatment, but places that say they’ll recommend the minimum and then don’t diagnose properly... or places that pressure you to pay a deposit, I’d like to avoid those altogether if possibleㅜㅜ

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
