I live in Busan and it’s been 7 days since I had rhinoplasty in Busan, but somehow, since people keep saying the chances of nose complications are high, I don’t feel confident carrying this with me. Even if it’s a few years later, I’m thinking of removing the implant, so whether it’s Seoul, Busan, or anywhere, please tell me a place that’s good at removing implants, making the line as pretty as possible, doing cartilage repositioning well, and removing the capsule? Is that only done when there’s inflammation? Anyway, please tell me a good placeㅠㅠ I’d like to keep the nasal tip if possible

I developed inflammation 2 weeks after nose surgery, so I took antibiotics, and at week 4 I had the silicone removed. But there is still an inflammatory reaction, so I’m looking into complete removal ㅠㅠ The clinic says we should keep trying
