For a few days after surgery, only my ear hurt a bit, and everything else was manageable! Especially, whether it was thanks to the director's skill or my constitution, I had no swelling or bruising on my face at all, so even I was surprised I even met friends I had known for 10 years after removing the splint, and they didn't know I had surgery until I told them lol I think that means it turned out that natural!
I can't recommend plastic surgery unconditionally to everyone! But if you're like me and think about a complex every single day and get stressed over it, I think it's better to just have the surgery That's how well I'm doing now with no regrets!
