ㅎㅌ I honestly didn’t have high expectations for ㅎㅌ, but the doctor explained everything extremely thoroughly.. For about 20 minutes? He drew diagrams while explaining, removed all the unnecessary parts from the plan, shaving down the hump and working on the nasal tip. But it seemed like he pays a lot of attention to the nasolabial angle when shaping the nasal tip line. Maybe because he’s from Seoul National University lol, his explanation was really systematic, and he reviewed the CT very carefully too. My nasal bridge is already high because of the hump, so the focus was: improving the hump + lifting the drooping nasal tip + slight bulbous nose correction with attention to the nasolabial angle + septal cartilage, ear cartilage + dermis removal. Honestly, he did say there were various things that needed to be done, but still said he would avoid implants and operate by removing as much as possible. They have CCTV and an anesthesiologist.
ㄷㄹ I decided on this place late, but I was able to schedule a consultation right away, and the clinic itself didn’t seem extremely busy; it felt more relaxed. The doctor kept touching my nose while explaining, and also drew diagrams for me. What I liked here was that they said they would either not shave the hump or shave it down as little as possible. They said they would lift the nasal tip and fill the area between the hump and the nasal tip with ear cartilage. But since my nasal tip is drooping, my columella is short, so they said if septal cartilage is insufficient, they could use ear cartilage, and if cartilage from one ear is not enough, they could also use the other ear. The best advantage here seems to be that the doctor personally handles all aftercare, including suture removal and so on. 1-year AS They said they have CCTV and an anesthesiologist.
What both places had in common was that my nose is asymmetric, and they said if they align it with the nasal bridge, it won’t match the philtrum, and if they align it with the philtrum, the nose may look crooked, so perfect symmetry cannot be achieved. The price was exactly the same at both places.
