Yesterday, I went around to a total of 4 places for rhinoplasty consultations, but I still can't choose.. Most of them told me to use silicone, septal cartilage, and ear cartilage, and one place recommended donated costal cartilage or autologous costal cartilage. They said that's the only way the nasal tip won't droop later... If I don't use rib cartilage, will it really droop later?
