The director does a good job with virtual/planning-based surgery and addresses both functional and cosmetic issues well. But I tend to think it is better not to touch something if it can be left alone, and at every other hospital I was told the functional surgery was unnecessary, yet here they said it absolutely had to be done. They also said aftercare is possible for 10 years, and they were very confident, so my expectations for the surgery are high, but my trust in the functional surgery part has dropped T_T
