I had rhinoplasty before, but my nostrils were too visible from the front,
and the silicone in my nasal bridge was showing through, so I ended up getting revision surgery.
Also, I didn’t know this, but they told me I had a deviated septum, so one side of my nostril was a bit blocked.
So while getting revision rhinoplasty, I also had deviated septum surgery and nasal valve reconstruction!
In terms of appearance, there isn’t a huge difference, but the upturned-looking nasal tip has come down a bit, and the nostrils that used to look pointy
changed to look natural, so I’m satisfied haha
I intentionally had surgery at a specialized hospital that only does nose surgery, and they checked even the detailed parts well.
They were meticulous, so I’m satisfied... There is still some swelling when I touch my nose, but I think the surgery went well, just as I wanted.
For the surgical method, they built up the nasal tip with donated costal cartilage, replaced the silicone that was showing through, and repositioned the alar cartilage at the nasal tip!
