After looking at my nose, they said it is indeed a hump nose, but that it looks more that way because the nasal tip is drooping, and that the hump is not severe.
They said that because my philtrum is short, they would not be able to lift the nasal tip a lot, and suggested doing the surgery to an appropriate degree.
