I had bulbous nose surgery without silicone

It’s been two months since I had bulbous nose surgery without implants. The reason I did it without implants was because the director said my nasal height wasn’t low, but because my nasal bones were thick, it looked pressed down from the front lol. Instead, I had lateral osteotomy, and so far there’s nothing wrong functionally or aesthetically. In the beginning, the cotton inside my nose and the splint were way more suffocating than I expected, so I thought if I could go back, I wouldn’t get nose surgery. But once time passed and I got used to my nose, I felt like I’m glad I did it, and even if I went back, I think I’d do it again lol. But I really don’t want revision surgery. I recovered quickly and followed the hospital’s instructions well, so I got praised, and now there aren’t any big problems. I don’t think I’ll need to go to the hospital anymore. Maybe I’ll go one last time after 6 months have passed lol Oh, the alar reduction scar isn’t visible, but when applying foundation, that area doesn’t take product well. You have to pat it a lot.. If you’re curious about anything else, ask me~
