I went to 2 in-person consultations this week. I got a lot of information from this community while doing online research, so I’m leaving a review too!
Mine is a revision surgery, and the reason is dissatisfaction with the shape. In reality, the silicone implant on my nasal bridge is shifted to one side. I had only tip cartilage suturing done, so the tip looks low compared with the bridge. Since no nasal-tip material was used, I’m hoping for septal cartilage or ear cartilage rather than costal cartilage.
1. ㅇㅍ(ㅎㅈㅁ) I went during the day and waited about 30 minutes. They took photos and a CT scan. (no cost) Silicone 3 mm, septal cartilage, ear cartilage They suggested resecting the depressor septi nasi muscle? nasal muscle? (+100) You can view the CCTV, but they said it’s too long, so they show it in sections. Post-op visits on days 1, 4, 7, and at 1 month 1-year AS If you provide photos and write an app review, there’s quite a big discount.
They didn’t mention costal cartilage at all, and they drew on the photo to show me. They took a CT, but I was disappointed they didn’t show it to me. The director seemed a bit busy and talked in the sense of, “This is how you can do it.” Still, they answered my questions well!

The consultant was really kind, and the director was also very good to me. They showed me the CT and told me the silicone is completely off to the side.. I didn’t know it was tilted this badly.. They drew diagrams to show how they would operate and about how much it would be raised, and said all the materials remain and my septal cartilage is also fine, so they would use septal cartilage + ear cartilage. They said I originally have some bridge height, so removing the silicone is possible, but because the silicone has been inside for a long time, the skin has stretched(?) and to fill the space, they suggested putting in only 2 mm. They said it’s a style that would come out really well with surgery.
I liked the consultation at ㄴㅇㄷ so much that I wanted to just make a reservation, but I still have 3 more clinics left, and I’m a bit torn because of the price ..
Remaining clinics: ㅈㅇㅌ, ㅋㅇㅍㄹㅅ, ㄹㅂㄹ I’ll probably cancel ㄹㅂㄹ because the consultation is in January
