I've had it 3 times so far.
I got a domestic brand twice and Xeomin once, but honestly, I can't feel a difference between the domestic brand and Xeomin. They say the difference is resistance, but there are domestic ones made to reduce resistance too, so I tried one of those, and the effect was good.
After getting it, people around me ask if I lost weight, and when I look in the mirror, I can clearly see the effect of the sides of my face slimming down. For other people, I think it's just to the extent of wondering if I lost weight. If they don't look closely, they don't notice, but if they do, it's like, "You lost weight."
