At a young age, compared with friends my age, I had under-eye fat grooves, so I was always stressed when taking photosㅜ My eyes already protrude, and because the grooves made the area under my eyes look dark too, my nickname was frogㅜㅜ So this time, I went around for consultations to try under-eye fat repositioning :) I visited two places today, and both were private clinics! I’ll write briefly in a casual note style!
1. Sinsa Station ㅌㅂ I had consultations with both the consultant and the director, and it took about 30 minutes. There was no consultation fee. It was my first plastic surgery consultation so I was nervous, but both of them kindly conducted the consultation. First, the consultant came in and briefly explained the under-eye fat repositioning procedure, before-and-after photos, etc., and then the director came in right away and explained it. In my case, they said pigmentation caused by rhinitis would be difficult to improve with surgery, but the groove could be corrected. It is done under sleep anesthesia. Besides under-eye fat repositioning, they recommended other procedures too, but it wasn’t forced, more like think about it later if you want? I had seen information in a community saying to ask whether under-eye fat surgery is done by removing all the fat with a laser or by opening the surgical area and literally repositioning it, so I asked, and it was the latter method. After consulting with the director, I consulted with the consultant, who mentioned that it would be cheaper if I paid a deposit, and that there was an event where it could be done at an even lower price if I agreed to allow use of before-and-after photos. I didn’t pay a deposit.
2. Apgujeong Station ㅎㅂㄴ Consultation fee 10,000 won. I think they said they only consult two people per hour... anyway, because the number of consultations was limited, there was a bit of a wait, but all the consultants kindly gave me drinks and attended to me, so I didn’t get bored while waiting. During the consultant consultation, I was told that many people usually come to ㅎㅂㄴ for revision surgery, so I didn’t need to worry too much about side effects, and then I heard about the under-eye fat repositioning design from the director. The director explained systematically, using his whole body, the surgical methods according to the severity stage of under-eye fat. Again, they said pigmentation is difficult to improve, but the groove and the purple show-through can be improved. Instead, this place uses local anesthesia, and I felt somewhat trustful when the director said he doesn’t really like unnecessary additional surgeries or sleep anesthesia. Since it was my first plastic surgery consultation and I couldn’t ask many questions, the consultant kindly said she was surprised I had so few questions and explained whether CCTV is available, aftercare, and the AS period and information. The price range is a bit higher than ㅌㅂ. Here too, there was some discount if I agreed to use of before-and-after photos.
I still have to go for consultations at ㅇㅂㅈ and ㅇㄹ, so I need to look more, but both seemed good, so I’m tornㅜㅠㅠ
