Someone here uploaded something and then deleted it right away, so I’m curious. I thought everyone was like that, but if the nasal columella is crooked, do you need revision surgery? Other than it being uncomfortable when picking my nose, there are no particular problems and it’s fine. Aside from the area filled with MegaDerm having gone down, I like it exactly as it is. Do I have to reconstruct the whole thing from scratch? For reference, I used ear cartilage to build up the nasal tip.
