High schooler revision rhinoplasty!! lol … 3 plastic surgery experiences ..

I'm a high school senior, and I've had plastic surgery 3 times. Somehow, that's 2 eye surgeries and 1 nose surgery, and now I'm trying to look into revision rhinoplasty. I live outside Seoul, so my friend and I are thinking of going for the consultations and surgery together, but since I'm a high schooler and look like someone just starting out in society… I think they'll see me as easy to push around ㅜㅜ So I want this revision rhinoplasty to be the final one, and I'm planning to look into it carefully. Are there any questions you recommend asking, or any hospitals you recommend for revision surgery? I'm looking into 4 hospitals: And, Last, Zestar, and Naturalism. Of course, I'll go to all the consultations. I really like Last's shape, and the reviews don't seem bad either. Is this a decent hospital..? My current nose condition is that I had the nasal tip + nostril wings done using autologous cartilage, but after surgery my nasal tip actually became blunter, my nostrils are uneven, my nostril wings spread when I smile, my rhinitis got worse after surgery, and I developed a deviated septum after surgery,, What I'm curious about is, since the deviated septum happened because of the cartilage position inside the nose, would they charge an additional fee for that..? ㅜㅜ And since I'm young, how should I deal with it if they do things carelessly or see me as easy to deal with..? Ah, and is revision surgery using autologous cartilage more painful or anything??
