Revision Surgery for Ruptured Implant

Five years ago, after breast augmentation with Silimed 320, I felt tightness, my trapezius muscles were pulled upward, and it was so uncomfortable. I was told it was grade 2 capsular contracture, so I also took contracture medication for 6 months, but it didn’t help. I endured it, thinking it would get better. The ultrasound showed that the left implant had ruptured and foreign material had spread all the way to the armpit, so the surgical cost was a big burden. I was seriously debating whether I should remove them or insert implants again, but after several consultations with the doctor, trust had built up, so without questioning anything, I went ahead with the surgery as the doctor recommended, using about Mentor Xtra 240, around a B cup. One week later, the result was very satisfying, and the doctor said the surgery had gone well. I could tell by the way it felt. My trapezius muscles felt much more comfortable, and the uncomfortable tightness disappeared. After 2 weeks, somehow, unlike my previous breasts that had been pulled up toward the upper chest because of capsular contracture and looked awful, I had a natural-looking breast line with no visible surgical traces, so I was very satisfied. I’m now 3 months post-op, and the feel is also very good!!!^^ Even though they’re a B cup, they don’t look small on my body frame, and I’m very satisfied that I now have such a natural and pretty figure.
