Breast Re-Surgery@breast-redo

Among everyone who got Motiva, is there anyone who feels the texture is not great..?

It's me.. I got Motiva 1 year ago, with 320 on the left and 340 on the right. My breasts were originally a bit large, but as I gained and lost weight, they became smaller to a B cup, so I had surgery, but the texture is really not good.. The shape is fine, but the feel is bad.. When I touch my breasts, they are not exactly hard, but it feels like the original breast tissue is soft on the outer part, and underneath that, the implant I touched during the consultation at the clinic gets kneaded in a dull, blunt way..? I can't explain it properly, but anyway, it feels bad.. And maybe because I didn't get surgery from a completely flat chest, they feel too big. Only my breasts stand out compared with my body, and when I wear something like a jacket, it floats out in the front and back lololol... I wanted a slender look, so I want to change to a different implant and redo it in a smaller size, but no matter how much I search, I can't find cases of people getting revision surgery to go smallerㅠ I have no sense of how much I should reduce them.. If anyone has any stories I could refer to or has had this kind of case, please make sure to leave a comment.
