I decided to have surgery because of my hump nose + blunt nasal tip and my sunken midface..!
The photos were taken right after the splint was removed on the same day, so there is still quite a lot of swelling ^~^ Before surgery, I used to do pretty obvious nose contouring to make the nose I considered a complex look slimmer, but now I only contour naturally hehe Now that I definitely have a nose, my face feels more three-dimensional? I still look in the mirror and find it fascinating.. There is still some slight bruising, and it does not hurt, but my nose is still so hard ㅠㅠ There is almost no pain! I had an osteotomy on the hump area, and apparently swelling lasts a bit longer if you have an osteotomy?! I am just holding out while drinking pumpkin tea.,, And when I look at my selfies, thanks to the fat grafting, my face shape looks more refined, yeah I did not have much facial fat, and my midface was on the longer side.. + my upper forehead was a bit sloped so it lacked volume, and my chin also protruded, so when expressionless I had the impression of looking a bit sulky, but having rhinoplasty and fat grafting together made everything more harmonious overall and improved the weak points ~~~~ good + I also heard that having cheek fat makes me look a little younger o(*￣▽￣*)ブ
