Leaving a review of my nose consultation with Director HSH at H Plastic Surgery in Apgujeong The consultation fee was 10,000 won. I waited about 10 minutes past my appointment time, then had the consultation with the director right away. For my large hump nose, he said he would shave down the hump on the nasal dorsum, perform osteotomy so the open roof would not be visible, and not use an implant. For the nasal tip, he said he would use either ear cartilage or septal cartilage. He said an anesthesiology specialist would provide inhalation anesthesia. There was CCTV in the operating room. The director consulted with me for about 20 minutes, and there was no pressure to pay a deposit.
