Leaving my second review at week 5~^^ **The photos are embarrassing, but I have a lot of moisturizing cream on and it’s my bare face** After an in-person appointment with the director at week 4, I’m now doing nasal irrigation and applying ointment once a day. Honestly, it hasn’t been long since the surgery, so there aren’t any dramatic changes compared with my first review at week 3, and because of the swelling I’m not in a fully satisfied state yet, but (although I haven’t read that many) I’m going to stop looking for other reviews now and wait with the mindset that it will get better going forward. Haha What I was told at the in-person appointment in week 4 was that the swelling on the nasal dorsum would gradually go down, that the inside of my nose had not fully healed yet, and that there was scar tissue inside my nose. They didn’t say anything more about the scar tissue, so I didn’t ask, but after reading other reviews, I saw people say scar tissue also gets smaller over time, so I decided to wait... time is medicine... lol Week 5 condition: 1. The nostrils are aligned from the front 2. Both nasal alae have softened 3. The runny nose that had been flowing endlessly after the functional surgery has decreased. 4. The slight bleeding at the tip of the columella inside the nose is healing. 5. The nasal dorsum and columella are very swollen and hard
