I went to N Plus in Apgujeong. They include rhinitis surgery + septum straightening + ear cartilage + nasal tip fat removal + osteotomy of the bones beside the nose and pushing them inward + cartilage suturing + 3 mm silicone for the nasal bridge as a set. With the student exam-taker discount it’s 4 million won, but if rhinitis is processed through indemnity insurance, it’s 2-3 million won. It feels like the director has a fixed idea of what he considers a beautiful nose... He said if the nasal tip becomes bumpy after removing the nasal tip fat, he uses donated dermis, and this makes me the most uneasy. I’m torn..
