My nose was naturally very large, with the bone protruding sharply around the nasal bridge, and the nasal tip was slightly droopy, so it was a very difficult case.. It was the kind of surgery where shaving down the nasal bridge a bit and slightly lifting the nasal tip would be just right, but every plastic surgery clinic said it was impossible, that it was better not to do it, and they all shook their heads;; I really thought all that was needed was to shave the protruding part a little and lift just the tip slightly, but all the directors refused to operate;; I had a consultation in Apgujeong, and that doctor said it was possible, so I did it. The result was successful, but.. Before the surgery, we had clearly agreed to use autologous fat for the nasal tip, but they used siliconeㅡ;; And I didn’t find that out from the clinic. Later, I got inflammation around my nose and went to an ENT, and they said it was a typical symptom of implant-related inflammation. I was like, “What are you talking about? It’s autologous fat,” and the ENT director told me to check with the clinic. So I contacted them, and it really was silicone.. I was so dumbfounded;; The result was so good that I just let it slide, but over 7 years, other than getting inflammation about 3?-4 times, there haven’t been any major issues. If anyone else gets rhinoplasty and develops inflammation afterward, please make sure to check carefully.
