Review of deviated septum surgery + donated costal cartilage

Around this time in 2019, I chose an ENT clinic because I was getting treatment for a deviated septum, not for cosmetic purposes. Back then I wasn’t even thinking about cosmetic surgery, but they kept asking about silicone or implants, so it suddenly proceeded with donated costal cartilage.. It wasn’t bad, but since I didn’t go into it wanting cosmetic surgery, I ended up with that characteristic rounded look from donated costal cartilage.. So now I’m looking into rhinoplasty to get rid of that rounded look! I don’t have side effects and I think the surgery itself went well, but I don’t like the rounded look of donated costal cartilage itselfㅠ Personally, for people raising the nasal bridge for cosmetic treatment, I hope you use even partial silicone. Otherwise you’ll regret it like me. It really doesn’t show at allㅋㅋㅋ They put two pieces in my nasal tip, but it feels similar to before ^0^
