It’s been 4 months since my incisional double eyelid surgery, so the swelling is all gone now, right??

Before<Before>After<After>It’s been 4 months since surgery, but compared to last month, I don’t really feel like the swelling has gone down or anything. So can I now think that the swelling is completely gone and the shape has settled about 90%? After surgery, I just kept thinking I hoped nothing would go wrong until it settled, but time really seems to have flown by. Already 4 months... They say incisional surgery can take as long as 6 months for recovery, but within that time, I haven’t had even one issue like it coming undone or the line looking strange; it settled exactly as it was. I’ve entered the stage where I don’t have to worry anymore, right?? If it just doesn’t come undone from here on, I think it would be truly perfect. Since I did the incisional method, it won’t come undone easily, right!?? The line is so, so pretty, so I’m satisfied
