My younger sibling had surgery there when Director Lee Jun-hee was at Marble, and it went well, so I went to the hospital he moved to for a consultation. I arrived 10 minutes before my appointment time, and without waiting I got a consultation with the manager first, then went straight into the doctor's consultation. He explained things gently while drawing them out for me. One of my concerns was the movement of my right eyebrow, and he said it would probably be better to get Botox at a hospital near home 1 to 2 weeks before surgery. I felt a lot of trust from that part. He held the line with forceps and showed it without taking the forceps out, so I couldn't really get a sense of it, so I separately asked to see it after removing the forceps. The manager was there during the doctor's consultation, and afterward during the manager consultation she summarized what the doctor had said. Also, he said it had been 1 month and 1 week since he had his double-eyelid surgery, and he showed his scar with his eyes closed and also showed photos taken at the hospital before surgery (it really looked exactly like Sullyoon from NMIXX). They explained the AS period carefully without pressuring me for a deposit, and the manager was truly kind. Among the places I visited in person and liked, this is the newest hospital, so aside from that one hesitation, it's a place I'm very drawn to.
