However, they said my nose had a lot of volume, so alar reduction would also need to be done, and explained it as nasal tip 2.2 million won + alar reduction 1.1 million won = 3.3 million won. I had a CT scan before the consultation, but they did not even open it, so I was a little unsure why it was taken. Still, it was a kind and detailed explanation.

Rather than simply looking only at the nose, they compared the harmony of my overall face shape and recommended a nose shape suited to me. Since I have relatively little volume in the center of my face, they said my face shape suits a higher nose better. I had been planning to do only nasal tip surgery without silicone, but they recommended inserting 3 mm silicone and said doing only the nasal tip would be too... meaningless as surgery, and that I would probably be satisfied only if an implant was used. I did not feel at all like they were pushing unnecessary surgery just to make a little more money, and it is true that my face suits a higher nose, which I myself fully agree with, so I was actually grateful that they analyzed my face well. The price felt somewhat expensive. At first I was quoted 5.28 million won, and they said it would be 4.29 million won on the condition that I write a review on the app and have surgery within 2 months. From what I heard, even when writing the review, it seemed like I would have to coordinate with the hospital’s event team? Postoperative care also seemed thorough, with 3 to 4 follow-up visits after surgery, and the director’s character also seemed kind. However, I am still worried about silicone, so I do not think I will choose it as the hospital for surgery.
