I had surgery 12 years ago. I had it done with the buried-suture method, under sedation anesthesia. A few years later, only one eye came undone, and they did a free aftercare revision for me. For the revision, they used local anesthesia. It turned out so natural that when I tell people around me I had double eyelid surgery, they’re all surprised.
