J Plastic Surgery in Seomyeon, Busan There is a 10,000 won consultation fee because they take a CT scan. They said my septal cartilage is weak, so it would not be suitable to harvest and use it, and that I would probably need to use costal cartilage. When I asked if it could be done with only ear cartilage, they said the result would not show much after surgery. Putting aside the fact that my septal cartilage is small, they said it is weak, so I think it would be better not to use the septum. But another hospital said it would be okay to use septal cartilage, so I’m confused.
