I had a small, short, slightly upturned nose, so I was debating surgery, and after doing a huge amount of online research and legwork, I finally had the surgery. Now I'm 3 weeks post-op lol I was really worried, but I trusted the director and went ahead with it!! When choosing a clinic, I mainly looked at the director's experience, whether they specialized in noses, and whether communication during the consultation went smoothly. Among the clinics I consulted at, this one had the most experienced director and communication was good, so I chose it right away lol Before the surgery, I had one more consultation and asked for it to look as natural as possible, and I brought about 20 photos of the look I wanted lol My goal was to lower the nasal tip as much as possible,, It's only been 3 weeks since surgery, so there's still a lot of residual swelling, but still, compared to before, the nasal tip has come down, so I don't think it looks like a pig nose anymore, which I like
