I originally hadn’t even thought about plastic surgery, but they said my eyelashes were poking my eyes really badly, and because of a lower incision, epicanthoplasty, and mild ptosis, ptosis correction would be good, so I’m looking up information.. I went to an ophthalmology clinic in Yeongdeungpo, not a plastic surgery clinic, and they said epicanthoplasty and ptosis correction are not covered by insurance, so it would come out to 3 million won. I can understand epicanthoplasty and an under-eye incision, but would it be okay to get ptosis correction done at an ophthalmology clinic? They do have a separate cosmetic ophthalmology center, so I did get the consultation there. They said I’d get double eyelids too.... I’m really conflicted.
