Not really that different? The front was opened, but the back feels like a blocked, closed eye, so there’s a somewhat suffocating sensation. I tried makeup that tries to mimic secondary canthoplasty too, but I couldn’t really see much effect. So I ended up getting it done, and it’s definitely different. It leaves a clear, fresh feeling that makeup cannot bring out. About a year has passed, and I’m not sure if it stays on—I guess it depends on the person. I feel a D-shape won’t appear unless there is overcorrection.
