I had nose surgery at a plastic surgery clinic about 15 years ago. My nose was large, had a lot of soft tissue, and the center was sunken, so I had paranasal augmentation, incisional nostril/alar base surgery, and bridge augmentation together. I was satisfied with the result. Another place had made my large nose stand out even more and made it look bigger, but this clinic changed my masculine-looking face into a more refined one, so I was satisfied. Since it was so long ago, though, I don’t know what they’re like these days.
