First consultation: Gangnam ㅇㅇㅌ Plastic Surgery (about 1 year ago) / completed consultation with the director after consultant consultation Details: Recommended keeping my current double eyelids as they are and doing a petite forehead lift (a procedure that pulls through five 1 cm incisions) For under the eyes, recommended lower blepharoplasty (incisional method) Cost: About 4.5 to 5 million won (don’t remember the consultation fee ㅠ) Route: Introduced by an acquaintance nearby who was satisfied with surgery Conclusion: I was satisfied with the doctor’s consultation, but afraid of the forehead lift (I was worried because of side effect cases around me after forehead lifts, such as hair loss and sensation not returning) Second consultation: Apgujeong ㅅㅎ Plastic Surgery (about 1 year ago) / completed consultation with the director after consultant consultation Details: Recommended keeping the current double eyelids as they are and doing a sub-brow lift / maintaining naturalness and resolving unnaturalness from incision For under the eyes, recommended lower blepharoplasty (incisional method), and recommended autologous fat grafting for hollow eyes Cost: About 5.5 to 6 million won (don’t remember the consultation fee ㅠ) Route: Introduced by an acquaintance nearby who was satisfied with surgery Conclusion: They said a side effect of sub-brow lift is that the distance between the eyebrows and eyes can become closer, making the impression look stronger The cost was also burdensome and I was concerned about side effects
Third consultation: Bundang ㅊㄷㅇ Plastic Surgery (recent) / direct consultation with the director Details: Sub-brow lift not recommended because the eyes and eyebrows are close Recommended incisional upper blepharoplasty that removes the sagging part along the existing double eyelid line For under the eyes, recommended fat repositioning (said it is a relatively simple surgery by making an incision inside the eye) For hollow eyes, they said even if fat grafting is done, eye fat ultimately clumps because the eyes open and close So they said many people later undergo surgery to remove the fat again, and did not recommend fat grafting above the eyes Instead, recommended slight ptosis correction on only one eye, saying it might relieve the hollowing Cost: 2.5 to 3 million won (consultation fee 10,000 won) Route: Introduced by an acquaintance who had upper blepharoplasty Conclusion: I liked that the director was honest and didn’t recommend excessive surgery Since I’m at that age, it became a chance for me to accept, I guess I need upper blepharoplasty,, For the under-eyes, they said I could do repositioning instead of lower blepharoplasty (cutting sagging under-eye skin), so I liked that, but all the other hospitals said that if I do repositioning, wrinkles will form, so my worries started again. ㅠㅠ

Fifth consultation: Jamsil ㅈㅇ Plastic Surgery (recent) / direct consultation with the director Route: Introduced by an acquaintance whose surgery was successful Details: Recommended upper blepharoplasty and lower blepharoplasty For hollow eyes, recommended grafting the fat removed during lower blepharoplasty into the hollowed area above the eyes Said grafting with fat from around the eyes is best. They consulted while directly showing photos before surgery, during surgery, and after surgery Quick judgment and good. The cost was also good Cost: 2.3 to 2.7 million won
Sixth consultation: Gangnam ㄷㅅㅇ Plastic Surgery (recent) / direct consultation with the director after consultant consultation Route: YouTube Details: For double eyelids, suggested the currently popular ponytail lifting that Madonna supposedly had (said it is SCI surgery) For under the eyes, said it is a different method from the existing methods Said it is the Mendelson method among the Hamra method and Mendelson method The consultation seemed to be fairly long, but I couldn’t clearly understand the difference from fat repositioning and lower blepharoplasty suggested by other hospitals. In conclusion, for the double eyelids, they said they would preserve my own double eyelids as they are while naturally lifting the outer corners of the eyes. I had the consultation because I saw internal correction mentioned on YouTube and was most curious about that part Even when searching online, this SCI surgery seems possible only at this hospital.. Cost: 5.8 to 6.2 million won
